Foundation for Afghanistan

We are an alliance of Afghans and their global partners committed to improving human capital and professional capacity in Afghanistan through training, education, professional development and women’s empowerment.

We are a nonprofit organization registered with the Ministry of Economy and based in Kabul, Afghanistan. Also located in Washington, DC, the Foundation is Afghan-led and is a 501(c)(3) public charity organization.

Our work is rooted in the belief that equipping our men and women with skills is the best development strategy for a moderate, self-reliant nation.
